Last week, SWAC faculty member Heidi Roop and UMN Chief Sustainability Officer Shane Stennes presented to the Board of Regents & President updates on sustainability around the University, and current and future efforts around climate change. Dr. Roop’s presentation emphasized that Minnesotans are concerned about climate change, and they believe that educational institutions like ours should be researching and discovering solutions.
